READING THE BIBLE AND PRAYING IS THE #1 PRACTICE FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH

Most Christians believe they should read the Bible and pray.

Most want to.

But 67% of Christians say they only read the Bible sometimes or rarely. That's 2 out of every 3 Christians only occasionally read the Bible!

I became a follower of Jesus when I was 15 and one of the best things anyone ever did for me was help me get started reading the Bible! Since then I've had the privilege to return the favor for thousands of others, teaching them how to read the Bible and grow in their walk with God. I've been a pastor for over 30 years and a Bible college professor for 20 years.

And my passion is helping people connect with God through His word. I would love to help you do the same!

Hi,

My name is John Whittaker

"John Whittaker has been one of the most impactful people in my life. I wouldn’t be who I am today without him and his wife investing in me, loving me, and taking me to the feet of Jesus on a regular basis. This man has so much wisdom and depth to share."

“I’ve been learning from John Whittaker since we were in a young couples Sunday school class in Cincinnati, which John often taught. His experience in the nearly 30 years since have only added to his knowledge, wisdom, and skill in teaching. More than that, John is a man of integrity that I trust and admire.
